Once again I'm no professional writer or poet. I'm only writing what I feel deep down inside. This is just my opportunity to write to all how I feel. Maybe this will help others in a bad day or rough spot. I'm simply trying to inspire the good in all. Thanks and enjoy this second selection.

"A Dream"

                        I look to the night sky,
                        Gazing up all starry-eyed.
                        Make a wish faithful and true,
                        On the first star I view.

                        Keep it close to my heart,
                        That no one can steal.
                        Clutch it tight, never let go,
                        Keep it near in substitute of you.

                        Knowing all the while
                        Nothing can truly replace you.
                        Will past the gap,
                        Reminiscing about our time together

                        Remembering how great it was
                        To be in your presence.
                        The humor and the fun,
                        I long to relive.

                        Until we are together again,
                        My thoughts are of you.
                        When next we meet,
                        My feelings will be true.

                        Let the dream begin...
